Grilled Mahi-Mahi

This one is a simple one.

  • Pat dry a fillet of Mahi-Mahi, and season to your liking
  • Heat up a cast iron skillet on the stove with a dash if oil
  • Cook the fish until done
  • After plating the fish, using the residue heat in the pan, saute some green beans with mirin and soy sauce
  • Serve with quinoa and enjoy!
